HLIT/DIVI will do $500M next year -- the largest infrastructure player in optical and digital cable. "Very strong two-way agreement" between CUBE semi and HLIT/DIVI. HLIT's access to AT&T is good for DIVI! :-)

Umesh on the Semi portion.

Semi will have $150mm cash on hand after the spin off (Includestax issues).
Gross margin anticipated to remain at high 50's going forward.
