It seems even knowing you can have its dissadvantages. My membership to the wonderful Tokyojoe website has been revoked. Below are the e-mail the slime who runs it sent me and then my response. It appears you are named as a defendant. I highly doubt that you will be allowed back in SA given the gravity of those charges. TheSlayer My response: Anthony@pacific??? I assume you are reffering to the SLAPP lawsuit filed by ZSUN. The case is soon to be dismissed. In any case, I guess you are banning me because you catagorize my as a "shorter", and don't want me privy to your wonderful stock picks. Let me make a few statements for your consideration. First of all, if you allign yourself with wallstreet underbelly companies like ZSUN, then I am happy to discontinue our relationship. I have firsthand knowledge that the company and it's directors are under investigation by the SEC. Secondly, You should be aware of how simple and inexpensive it is to file a lawsuit against someone. I, for instance, could file a very similar suit against you or your company in no time at all. It doesn't mean I'm justified in my accusations and I'm sure you wouldn't want someone judging you based on my unfounded accusations. When the ZSUN suit is dismissed, I'll send you and e-mail. I'll expect an apology and an offer to be re-instated. Thirdly, I guess you are right to fear me. I am a very rich man with very rich friends. I consider your actions and alliances to be sub-par at best. I hope you have plans to go public soon so I can make my dissappointment more apparent in a public forum.(translation - I'll short the shit out of it!!)
