Semi CEO is Umesh
Semi CFO is Walt.

Semi is about 550 employee's

No restrictions by Harmonic on who can buy the Semi biz.

Alex's role is to transition Divi to Harmonic. Anticipated to be Q1.
Business as usual until then. After that Alex is on the board of the Semi Biz and as an advisor to Umesh, at Umesh's request.
