Well, aren't you the breath of fresh air! I hope you're right because at those bargain basement prices, it'll be hard to pass up buying more. If this company had nothing, then I'd have to say "pass". However, it's a pretty enviable portfolio of properties that they have and any one of them could be a 'company builder'. I'll not be selling. Brian

buylowsellhigh, Unfortunately you may fill your bid a $1.99 and see it lower. We will be hit with tax selling before too long and it is certain that there are people who will sell then. As well I would guess that SUF will be dropped by the TSE300 before long given its market cap. That won't help both in terms of the selling and market confidence. So I think we will continue to take a hit for the next few months, but once we have some positive news from one of these JVs, that should push the stock up considerably. --don--
