Briefly discussed it earlier, but of the NDA's a few were just kicking the tires, so they probably would not go to second base anyways.....7/8 are very interested and will receive the final IP's. As far as releasing them Les commented that some are of a 1 year duration so going thru the legal paper swapping wouldn't amount to anything but the tire kick.
