Hey Dipy, I'm a computer programmer doing some integration work with Quintus right now. It's a good product, I've worked with Clarify, Remedy, etc. and I think Quintus compares very favorably. It's got it's quirks, but overall it's robust and scalable. There's also a CTI piece that makes it a seamless call center integration. The web piece enables emails and "webQ" it's good, but doesn't give the flexibility of the regular client/server app. The product is good, I believe the success of this company and the stock hinges on Quintus's ability to ramp up sales and continue to support the product. How do you know about Quintus?
