As I told ya Sunday nite, regarding the lack of insider activity, you were on to something. Good Call. However, your valuations of this deal will surely not be met in the stock price at tomorrows open. My guess is up seven points -- nice but not great. I for one do not like this deal at all. The taxable event caused by the semi spin-off will not help my long term financial plans. FWIW, coopie votes no to the "deal". Good Luck, and again, good call!
