ken, Scouser, Sergio: I discussed Industrial Holdings (IHII:NMS) several weeks ago on this thread. While the chart looked quite ugly, I believe those that looked at the fundamentals agreed that the stock appeared to be quite cheap. Today, the stock moved up 33% (from $3 to $4) on much better than average volume. I can vauge for the fundamentals: a P/E of under 8, market cap/revenue of under 0.25, rebounding earnings from the energy services part of their business, etc. The stock was under pressure from margin problems, tax-loss selling and the fear that the company would not be able to re-finance some short term dect that is coming due soon. It is my understanding that the short term debt re-fi is now a non-issue. It is complete or is about to be complete.

Would you gentleman please review the chart for IHII and give me your point of view technically? it appears that this short term bounce may last a bit longer, however, I'm more interested in buying on dips for the long term. You opinions would be appreciated!!!
