Interesting Glenn, thanks.

The motley fool had a good article on the Amazon numbers that I agree with. They stress the importance of the brand - I agree. The only problem I have is the expectations for this xmas are 600mm - 1 billion. Even for the smaller revenue targets to hit, its almost a 100% gain from this quarter.

Glenn,re:"Who will?". Everyone will, ie: whoever has an
appliance to get on the Net. That's me, you and Billions
of people. I only need no more than 10 links(button/or
voice commands) to do my etailing, when I have more
time to waste, there are plenty of choice to roam around.

I got on yahoo as a start. AOL sometimes but never bought a thing directly thru them. I can remember a few names, like
compag.com, dell.com, kroger.com, walgreen.com, you know
the names I'm familiar with just looking around the
neighborhood store, newspaper.

Do I need ONE HUGE E-MALL, please, don't waste the
information highway.
