"HLIT is buying half the company for 80% of it's valuation?"

Correction: HLIT is buying 45% of the company for 80% of it's valuation?

C-Cube, based in Milpitas, California, had sales of $351.8 million last year. Without the semiconductor business, sales in the first nine months of 1999 were $133.8 million, or 45 percent of revenue.

If valuations stay exactly as they are, then we need the Semi business to IPO at $7.50 to break even.
