ED,

I've been trying to reason this whole content business out.........
then I read your last post and "BY GEORGE", I think you've got it!
The INTC developing software is an excellent analogy!
ATHM has to create the "need" to have broadband in order to keep the subscriber back-log growing........THATS IT! I mean, simply stated of course.

Thanks for the enlightenment!

Milo Medin ranked in the 100 most influential business people
8th in the internet sector, George Bell just missed the list, Armstrong just missed the "titan" list.

There really are not enough broadband focused sites to bother cataloging yet.

I am not so sure. I remember when NSCA started cataloging "new" sites on the internet. For a great history lesson, check out ncsa.uiuc.edu

Yeah, some days, there were no updates, but look what it spawned. I just wish I had the time to develop such a portal. Hmmm...

<<Your average AOLhead is not going to want to pay $40 a month just to get their e-mail faster.>>

We would be pleased to pay any average broadband or DSL head $40.00 or more for speed.

But nobody is delivering. Make us an offer, we'll jump.

I like the way you call 20,000,000. early adopters "Heads" who just want their E-mail. Your despcription sounds more like the millions of techie-pocket-protecter-types who are long on specs and short on marketing acumen and strategy!
