TH, I thank you for what appears to me to be a sincere attempt to get at the truth insofar as to what I may or may not have posted. Having been up for over a day I am a little on the slow side, so I hope this is not an attempt to set me up for some new twist. Unforunately, I cannot give a definitive answer as to whether the document in question actually conveyed any specific "exclusivity" to import any specific product from Brazil. The young lady who was helping me with the translation is no longer available, and I'm not even sure where the original (well, of a faxed copy) currently resides. Damn, it would be handy to have it so I could forward it, but according to some of the folks who have been attacking me on the matter, they have copies aplenty, at least of the license(s). There were a total of three (3) documents that I saw. My translator struggled with all three. I believe that two (2) of them were posted on Ulrich's site, but again, am not sure all were not posted. Two were, again to the best of my rememberance, NATIONALLY issued docs and the third was thought by my translator to be PROVINCIAL in origin. (From one of the states or provinces, or maybe even a municipality within same.) It was the third doc that SEEMED to convey at least a degree of exclusivity for botanical products (narrowly specified) to AZNT, but we were not sure enough to post that it was indeed an exclusive agreement. We also could not post that it did NOT at least convey some manner of exclusivity. As for my relationship with Dean Dumont, it was he who brought me into this stock in the first place. Obviously this was before other factors changed his mind, or was fired, depending upon whom you believe. I was receiving my baptism under fire from the FBN vigilantes at the same time Dean was wanting me to post that the exclusivity element had been confirmed. I had tried the AZNT products myself and was very impressed ... and I am still using even more of them and am more impressed than ever. I ALSO OBTAINED AN AGREEMENT WITH AZNT TO RESELL THEIR PRODUCTS AND I BOUGHT MORE STOCK IN AZNT. God, I hope that does not lend itself to being misquoted. As to whether Dean and Bmart were less that truthful ... I still can't say with sufficient certainty, but IMHO, and this is just IMHO, AZNT had/has an agreement or possibly a license that grants them some degree of exclusivity for some botanical product. I do not think it is anywhere near as broad as several others intimated. I have reason to believe that Dean was far less than candid with me concerning the translation he assured me he had in his possession. I never saw this translated version. A later even in which I acted in reliance on Deans assurances proved rather discouraging, to say the least. There, that's the story. The attacks by Jeffie, Janice and the others can only be construed (IMHO) as being designed to denegrate anyone who has anything good to say about the company or it's products. I truely believe that they are benefitting in some financial manner from their attacks. At the time of the exchanges you posted, I was very, very fond of several members of the FBN gang and could have in all good conscience become a supporter of the group, but their actions during that period really started to change my thinking. Anyway, thank you for doing the research on the matter. I guess the bottom line is that I didn't know then and am certainly not absolutely 100% sure even now. Hogger
