it would seem that qprc has some problems with getting things done on time.. stacking the board looks good though.. tim

waiting on qprc is getting to be a waste of time .. well right now anyway.. do they have a jv.. etc etc.. this perpetual hold inthe .03 to .08 range is not a good showing for a company with all these high powered marketing types. or should we just asume that its a p and d and run in and out more often on these small wings .. who knows.. but some news would help .. imo tim
