Approval 99.44% certain IMHO Due to existing technological and manufacturing barriers, as well as the difficulty of overcoming lack of brand recognition and quality concerns, the Company does not anticipate the entry of significant new competitors into the ski binding market. Raw Materials The Company requires various readily available metals and plastics to manufacture its ski bindings. The Company furnishes its suppliers with the tooling for the metals and moldings for the plastics used in production. The suppliers then provide the Company with the required parts. The Company believes it is not dependent on any one supplier or any group of suppliers for the raw materials necessary to manufacture its bindings.

TRIIBoy, this stock languished for a couple of years untill cash ran low, then all of a sudden mgmt got the PR machine going. They got proceeds from a warrant call during late Sept, but probably need to keep the stock up so newly issued shares can get churned. Message 11322838 Message 11323720 The big deal in aug and Sept was about their Chinease input software, however it appears a company (private) by the name of Tegic is the leader here Message 11244914 Here's one of their most recent endeavors.....what happened to the ZI input software......now they want to get in the Educational software business biz.yahoo.com Reality is they need some revenue growth to keep the stock scam alive...acquire some obscure company in China for "stock" and they could probably fabricate revenue streams. BTW, A@P and AG have been sniffing around and seem to have backed off for the time......need a trigger to send folks to the exits, listen closely to the confrence call.
