charred, Now don't start up again! LOL Please acknowledge that the acquisition cost includes the mill and drilling equipment and land. Thus your per oz calculation is not correct. I agree with the historical cost of the property, which MO keeps repeating, is irrelevant. They are trying to make the deal appear better than it was. The true potential value is to be found in future drill results. Also agree (jeez what is happening) that the lack of significant insider holdings is a sore point for those that have risked real money on this saga.

Hi charred, My head spins when I read this. Can you explain what this means? >>An important advance in the new Mining Decree-Law is the conversion of the mining contracts granted by the Venezuelan Guayana Corporation (CVG) into concessions guaranteed by the Energy and Mines Ministry. However the conversion is not automatic since it requires a technical evaluation by the Ministry. The Ministry guarantee provides the legal basis needed for important projects such as the Las Cristinas gold mine under development by the joint venture formed by the Canadian company Placer Dome and the CVG.
