Manny: I for one don't wish the shares. I'm buying all I can at 11:00 a.m. on Thur. just to cut my average cost. Heck if the company can work for me I can help support the stock. The offer is nice yet not a good one IMO. That DCI/ firm was in a hot market at the time and should have moved IMO. This one will when it's time has come and that may be very near from the T.A.
