Pretty much. Maybe my assumption could be wrong, though, considering that AMD feels they've got manufacturing capacity to sell to Motorola.

(Speaking of which, why would AMD want to sell off part of Fab 30 to Motorola, unless they were forced to? I thought AMD wanted 30% overall market share, but they're not going to get it without Fab 30 going full force. Am I right here?)
