effectively sold itself. Though the news was that it sold its DiviCom division to Harmonic Lightwave (HLIT), the reality is that the deal is contingent on
CUBE selling the rest of its businesses before it is acquired by HLIT. Shareholders of CUBE will therefore receive $32.50/share in HLIT stock (based on
Wednesday's closing price) plus whatever CUBE can fetch for its other divisions, which should exceed the 8 dollars needed to make this a good deal for
