$45mm go to HLIT; this leaves CUBE's remainder around $5.

Maya. It was a great deal for Divi/HLIT. HLIT paid 9X trailing sales and 6.8X next years sales. Keep the HLIT shares.

The semi side grows, but it needs to shed VCD. Mesh said 40% growth, in the other markets. The CC posture was to keep the Semi side as an independent. They will also look at any deals that are offered.(Pay up, or no deal!)

Either way, the semi side has big up-side potential. If we trade in the mid-high 40s, tomorrow, buy CUBE.

The word on the Street: stock should open about $68. If HLIT moves up, $75. The short squeeze is going to make for some real fireworks. 2,000,000 shares are currently short - that's not insignificant.
