Okay, thanks. Now I can find it. You folks on this thread are the best. I had questions several months ago and everyone pitched in and helped me.

I've been on here now 1.5 hours or more since I changed it to Outlook Express and it has not disconnected. It is real stable now.

Yes, those phone companies only put their lines where they feel like it, when they feel like it. I see stories on the net where there's only 200 feet involved and the phone or cable companies won't run the lines. I would think they could do better in a large city. Thanks for telling me that. Now I won't feel like I retired to the boonies.
