PRECISELY BILLYG! - And that's what I'm hearing on the Street. Spin-offs happen for precisely this reason - it separates the "noise" in the valuation and one ends up with PURE PLAYS. There's no argument about valuations. Is ZRAN worth 100 times earnings? The market currently thinks so. Now the market is staring at a CUBE pure play with a much more advanced product line. What will happen tomorrow? Will Zran sell-off dramatically or will CUBE rise? My "ranch" is on the latter.
