OT Well Mary, I'll certainly bet on "it" happening before the High season !! :-) :-) :-) And, I'm pleased that you are learning about the oil industry through this thread. It is an unusual thread in that it has many fine contributors with complimentary strengths. I believe it to be a model of what these chat sites are meant to be. So, stay tuned, this particular exploration and development project will continue for a long while yet and accordingly I expect that this thread will be very active for at least 3-4 years.
