Jim,'

Where do you live Harry? No Inflation? Gas is 1.60/gallon here...

Poor thing. Fla has just caught up with what Northern California hit over 6 months ago. Actually, we're a bit lower than that UNLESS THE BA*****S raised it again overnight!

Jim McMannis. Re: "No Inflation? Gas is 1.60/gallon here..." Inflation is a problem of too much money chasing too few goods, every time and everywhere. People always worry about the "too much money" part, but as long as the "goods" part keeps growing (i.e. GDP), inflation will be contained.

Gas is $1.03 here in St. Louis, down about $.10 in the past several weeks. Looks like they're just gouging you in Florida.

I live in Phoenix where ARCO (AM/PM) gas is $1.149/gallon and most others are $1.249/gallon.
