Patagonia Capital gave a well-balanced geological presentation on the Lipangue and Dos Marias
properties in front of roughly 50 people at the MDHM AGM. Both positives and negatives were
mentioned. They had made two site visits in eight weeks, checked out the property with contacts in
the Santiago area, interviewed the geologist and vendor, examined the cores and core shack and
stated what was necessary to prove up the discovery. Also another independent geologist
accompanied Patagonia on the second trip and wrote a confidential report on the Lipangue
property. All of this was done at Patagonia's expense which is covered from a third party, not
shares directly issued by the company (I asked that question). This is more than analysts from big
brokerages do with many of their recommendations. Anyone who attended the meeting IMO came
away impressed with the depth of the DD and professionalism in the approach. Patagonia has
brought at least one other interested party to the negotiating table and was contracted to do far
more than simply tout the company. IMO your statement is groundless. While there is some truth
that a promotional aspect exists, it is not a "bought buy recommendation" as you claim. I left the
meeting thinking Patagonia would change their recommendation to a hold or sell if the situation
warranted it.
