> Rambus is headed for niche-dom

Wily, you are not the only one that feels that way. I have seen those exact thoughts / concerns, expressed more than once, elsewhere.

regards

Don

Now Intel is saying "we'll listen to what the market is telling us". That's what everybody said we should have done a while ago but we had our own ideas and naturally they came first. We still like our ideas but they are hurting us and everybody else so we'll backburner them for a while.

intel's biggest market is dell.
dell said they want 50% of all memory to be rambus in 2000.
dell said they expect their customers to demand rambus.
nice to hear that intel is listening.
does that mean no pc 133 from intel?
