Look, I owned HLIT from 3 to 15 split adjusted. I wouldn't pay 20 for it now. It was a great buy 12 to 18 mos. ago. I know all about their technology and If you think there is some huge barrier to entry here then you will learn the hard way. If you are still here in two years, your apology will be accepted. Tim

Read posts 34629 and 34637 on this thread. At that time CUBE's market cap was 4 times HLIT's. If the deal had been done by a savvy management, CUBE would be between 100 and 150 by now. And CUBE holders would own about three times as much of the combined entity as they will now. Get it? Tim
