Not necessarily...if you go back to the day before the strong PPI came out, I think there was a strong close (memory only)... However, with no crash and no capitulation this month, we wind out of October on an interesting note. Money on the sidelines should start finding it's way back into the market...this will put pressure on the significant short position and drive the market higher... With last quarter buying, and Y2K (we're still alive) BIG rally, I believe next October presents the perfect set-up for a hard fall... SR
