Tenchusatsu - Re: ""Greenspanker." I like that"

Thanks.

Whenever Greenspan gives a talk, he gves the stock market a Greenspanking - hence the name Greenspanker.

I heard another one of these may occur Thursday night - so Friday may be worse than Tommorrow (Thursday) when the tech stocks should get an HP LaserSlam.

Paul

Tenchusatsu - Speaking of an HP LaserSlam, HP stated the following in their "preannouncement":

dailynews.yahoo.com

"The company blamed its problems on weaker-than-expected sales of its Unix servers line, a problem that also is likely to affect sales of storage devices. The company just weeks ago announced it was realigning its servers sales force to make them more accountable for shortfalls."

Remember the big Hullaballoo HP created a few months ago when some HP Yahoo was telling his "customers" that they wouldn't need Merced - but that HP's new PA-RISC processors would be more than adequate for their future needs?

I wonder if that same guy was responsible for NOT BEING ABLE TO SELL the EXISTING PA-RISC Unix servers - let alone any FUTURE PA-RISC Unix servers?
