Allen, I just returned from the Customer Relationship Management Conference in San Francisco. All e-biz/commerce, sales/lead tracking, sales/customer support, etc. A good mixture of large/small cos and startups. Not a single person I spoke with had even heard of PNL. This negative can quickly become an opportunity, IMO, but will require real down-to-earth marketing and promotion to establish the brand name and spur usage. Just a thought on a day where every stock I have is up EXCEPT for PNLK. Still long and enthusiastic about the product....just don't understand the marketing plan (yet).--MK--
