<what is a "fibo" retracement?
That's Fibonacci's ratios of retracement patterns (38%-50%-62%)
More on this in John Murphy or Elder's "trading for a living" & many other TA books...Not much help I'm afraid, but a start...

TDG, sorry for the late reply. Inundated with pms, ems. A strong stock with enormous potential should not fall below the 37.5% retracement level, and I like to buy back just a few ticks above that point to make sure that I won't miss the ride. The close of the Friday before was 23 (prior to major gap up and breakout) and the high of 10/26 was 54.5, thus the following computation gives 42.6875 as the key support, with plus and minus 1 to 1.5 pts as the top and lower range of the envelop channel.
54.5 - ((54.5 - 23) * 0.375)) = 42.6875

I know I mentioned several times that I will explain more about the vast and various TA arsenals I use but really haven't had the time. In this thread I focus on the timely posting of my picks and the most essential and understandable reasons (provided that I have time). I think my friend Jenna does a better job in dispensing educational information of many TA indicators. She is one of the most intelligent, lucid and prolific writers in that genre as well as one of the best traders around. So please consider visiting her thread (especially her posts) to complement the info on this thread.
