Well the new institutional holdings are starting to trickle in. I see that TIAA-Cref bought 127,000 shares in the third quarter. That is my retirement fund (mostly for teachers and profs), and they do quite well overall. They probably bought at a good price.

Maybe once these earnings are out of the way we will start to see some buying again. We are trading near a price/revenue ratio of 1.0, and if we keep tracking the revenue stream from here, and am sure we will do fine. However, to get about the price/revenue ratio of 1, IFCI will need to show some decent margins and earnings. Will they finally start to do that this quarter?
