GUMM.

Keep this one on your watch list for a break out today. Somebody is buying stock on Instinet before the open this morning at 13 3/4 and 13 7/8. This is the first time that I can remember preopen buying in GUMM this far above the previous day's closing trade. The stock may gap over it's breakout point on the open. If so, I think it will run up from there to at least 15.

Luck all.

Dan

KSWS, MAT

Ron,

I added more KSWS at 13 today. I'm slowly building a position in it and will probably flip some and hold some like you. The big, fast move down a few weeks ago probably brought some short term traders into the stock and they are flipping it for all it's worth gg. That might keep it in a tight range for a few months until enough stock moves into long term hands. Given the valuation, I just can't see much downside risk, if any.

Flipped out of MAT again at 13 1/4 from 12 15/16. Will buy back below 13 if it gets there. Still holding the Z's until at least Dec. The stock looks good but moves like a snail and it takes a lot of volume to move it because of the large float. Still, it has been a good one to flip for 1/4's to 1/2's and looks like it will be rangebound between 12 and 14 for a while. The technical scenario is similar to KSWS although KSWS has a smaller float and is more volatile.

Luck everyone.

Dan
