He reports his friends have been buying up shares...not ECNC. Float now between 16-17M. Manny is supposed to post a message regarding the buy back status and fact that the 25% incentive offer is just a concept Tom was trying to float to us to get a reaction. It is not a done deal and he is working with his attorney and others to see if it can work and how. I remain skeptical until more details come out....but holding my certs myself for now. Otherwise....don't expect much news of substance until beta testing done.
