Wondering about CUBE. . . can anyone get me confirmation on what this deal will mean to CUBE holders? Looking like a serious bargain, if they get so much HLIT stock. . . need to know that TODAYS shareholders can be a part of the dividend. . . no mention of ex-dividend date in press release. . . perhaps someone can call CUBE and confirm. . . half a share of HLIT is 30 bucks and CUBE is only bidding up 3 1/2. . .doesn't make sense. . . . I would buy the CUBE just for the HLIT. HLIT looks like it has turned here. . . not sure if there will be other legs or not. . . but looking like a good price down here. . .51-53. Rande Is
