The shame is not on "Greenie". The shame rests squarely on our shoulders. The SEC seems to be disinterested while someone who DOES have the power to manipulate a stock is free to do so for his own benefit.

I've known people of much less stature who were "crawled all over" by the SEC for what appeared to be much less of an offense. Here we have a high visibility player and it seems that he can work with little or no scrutiny.

I guess it's the same old story: It's who you are or who you know.

It wasn't just Greenberg. I saw David Rocker of Rocker and Associates bashing ANCR on CNBC at 3:30am (PST). He claimed ANCR was stuffing the channel. Wherever you see Geeenberg, there will also be wallowing Rocker and Dorfman. I've seen it in other stocks. Their timing is almost always synchronized... even when there is not a causative event.
