Claude: You make a good point. But the risk to the downside is no where as great as the risk to the upside. Downside the stock could see 75 as the fools rush to the exit on any perception of an adverse judgement ( although the real worth of the stock will not truly be tarnished by proposed and imagined remedies) ON THE OTHER HAND any judgement perceived to be less than what the MSFT haters are screaming for will result in a suspension of trading while the orders get ironed out in the 110-120 area. It may signal an auspicious beginning for MSFT and INTC on the DOW.

Judge Jackson must be light headed and giddy (talk about catastrophic decompression)with power as he ponders the fate of the NASDAQ and the DOW with one great clap of the gavel no matter how transient that decision might be.
