innovative software and services company, today announced TenFold Contract Manager(TM),
a new integrated contract management application for HEALTHSOUTH Corporation (NYSE:
HRC), the nation's largest provider of outpatient surgery and rehabilitative healthcare
services. TenFold delivered the initial application for a fixed price, within a fixed time frame,
and a month ahead of schedule. HEALTHSOUTH is currently using TenFold FastStart(TM)
services and technology to refine and implement the application. TenFold Contract Manager
will allow HEALTHSOUTH to manage thousands of managed care contracts via Internet
access from nearly 2,000 locations.

HEALTHSOUTH will use TenFold Contract Manager as the central application for contract
performance monitoring, analysis, and reporting. HEALTHSOUTH will be able to customize
account and contract definitions to optimize negotiations with each managed care payer or

HEALTHSOUTH managed care contracts will be able to quickly access their own contract
