Does anyone know what this means? "...Cohen said she believes US equity markets remain about 5% undervalued relative to bonds." Excerpt from biz.yahoo.com

I'd like to understand if there's something meaningful behind this statement. If I look at a long term chart of the 30-year Treasury bond yield and compare to the charts of the stock indices my eyeball does not see a very good correlation.
