You are right Seuss...getting closer by the minute. Here is recap of the CC from the RB conference (for those that missed it): Sporadic polyps The study currently underway for sporadic polyps is due to complete in March 2000. There are 2.8 million people in USA suffering from this who have to have their polyps removed annually - much larger market than APC/FAP and reachable much sooner than prostate since APC approval holds for them too. Study has 292 patients. Urologists "30 top urologists are closely following the progress" of CPI and it's drugs. At least one listening to the CC piped in to say he was "very excited" at the prospects. Prostate 4 separate prostate trials are underway right now. Results for all 4 are expected to be available in 2000. Lung, Breast trials currently underway All told, there are more than 400 patient years worth of data collected so far (across all trials, past and present) ODAC ODAC meetings can be called more frequently than quarterly published schedule. Results of the meetings are announced immediately, at the end of each meeting. If CPI is added to December 14 agenda, we "should know in next 2-3 weeks". Joint trials with RH 5 trials in total. One each for lung, pancreatic, breast and these three are fast track. Sounded like two of 5 are prostate. Good results in any of the lung, pancreatic, and/or breast may be basis for new NDA in that indication. All results are expected in 6 months (after Dec 99 start, I assume). Morgan-Stanley Did serious DD before private placement and ended up with 1,000,000 shares at $9. CP-461 Expect results of 1b trials before end of 1999 Shares outstanding After private placement, outstanding is about 26,000,000. Of those, all but 10-12 mil are in safe/stable long hands. (Since RB members hold at least 2 mil. , true trading float is less than 10 mil.) ------------ SM
