It shouldn't be according to Cube's CC the Divicom Division
should through off 20.5mil in after tax profit next year which should equate to .84 per new share of earnings. I am not sure if this is based on current rev or projected rev

I'm in HLIT at 49 1/8.

Had to sell SNDK, which looked like dead money due to their secondary offering.
