Gladly. It's really very simple price and volume observation on the indices. If you've got a dusty copy of "How to Make Money in Stocks", it's Chapter 7. If you don't have a copy, a two week free trial subscription to IBD will land the book on your doorstep whether you continue the subscription or not.

On this close, we have 1% on volume moves in all major indices within 3-10 days of 10/18 low. Three in the NYSE and SP500, and today, the Nasdaq.

October '98 low was confirmed by 3 follow through days, as was the April '97 low. Friday and Monday are still within the window.

And look at the volume and participation today. Impressive.
