CMTO's stock would probably be sent to the bush leagues if they failed to pass this time. I expect to see a rise in the stock prior to Nov 11 due to speculative interest. If CMTO gets CableLabs certification then, it jumps (and probably retains a good portion of the gain); if not, down the tubes again. Funny thing is, of course, the company and its products are doing very well without the certification, better than some companies with it.
