NEW YORK, Oct 28 (Reuters) - Warburg Dillon Read said Thursday analyst Michael Wallace raised his price target on CommTouch Software Ltd. to $45 from $30.

-- In a report, he said the company had reported third-quarter revenues of $1.1 million, ahead of his estimate of $900,000.

-- However, services and operating expenses were greater than expected, leading to loss per share of $0.31, deeper than his estimate of a loss of $0.21 a share.

-- Said believes current spending is to add staff for recent large deals.
-- Rogers reiterated strong buy rating.
-- The shares were off 2-9/16 at 29-5/16.
