I agree with you, Bo. Frankly, I do not care if people trade in, out, up or down on a stock as long as they are honest. They reap what they sow.

As someone who, with patience, made over 2600% (twenty-six hundred percent) on KIDE, I can say that if you do your research and verify and do DD, you will often come out ahead.

In fairness to the shorts, this is indeed not always the case. I had another stock where I lost more than 50% because I believed what management said and they did not come through. All of us who are most bullish on GUMM do not discount the risks here but "scam and "stock promotion fraud" are not among them.

I have found everyone I have spoken to at GumTech helpful, cautious yet open to the extent they can be (there are some "no comments" sprinkled here and there), and I have never observed any type of behavior that would merit the absolute rubbish that has been posted on SI about the company. I toured the plant after the August shareholder meeting, talked with a lot of people and felt satisfied with the company's prospects and I understand a lot more about the gum production business, especially to the extent that I can spot crap posted about production and distribution "difficulties" that do not have specific application to THIDS company.

The accomplishments of the last year speak for themselves and this company is turning around, IMO.

I did not get in on the ground floor of GUMM per se, but the plaza level.

The part that gets to me, is the naivete' of someone disdaining risk and acknowledging that he has a short bias.....

That just does not compute.

I can follow, "too risky for me, I'll sit on the sideline".... But, "too risky, I'm inclined to short!"

Poppycock!

Sheesh, I take a few hours off and come back to a ton of posts, but nothing truly new. Of course I agree with virtually everything the other foolish gambling bulls have said, including the replies to questions and comments posted nominally in response to my posts. All the opinions are out there... there will apparently be no capitulation by either of the warring factions... and the stock's chart is clearly foreshadowing the upcoming events. Let the games begin!
