I am going to talk to some people about them. The reason I don't know broadvision is because I am from manufacturing almost exclusively and these products will never replace erp's on the mfg side what with the bom explosions and Mrp and all. So I have seen configurations with vignette... then an erp... then somebody's wms or something, and I bought vignette. I knew bvsn was out there but I viewed the whole space as sort of a super-front end client. I thought vign outmarketed bvsn and still think that... I actually think the ceo of bvsn is a kind of marketing-clueless cheap engineering type but thats just gossip. However now I am wondering whether bvsn has functionality that vign does not. I bought back into I2 and have been following them as well as Siebel and some of the softwares and didn't do enough dd on bvsn, I was surprised when I found out they were functioning as an app engine themselves. I'll add bvsn then to my watch list.
