Ike, I don't know if they're representative of the chain, but the stores I've seen in the NYC area were always a mess, which is one reason I avoided the stock. I use CVS, which is head and shoulders above RAD in terms of store layout, etc. Of course, they've all got problems finding competent help. FWIW
