Challo, During the bullish trend when we got strong up days the ADVANCES outnumbered the DECLINERS in the 4:1 to 5:1 range, so its only OK. Im actually surprised that the NEW LOWS got above 100. Earlier in the day the NEW LOWS were outnumbered by the NEW HIGHs. For me to get more bullish based on the NEW HIGHs/LOWs, I would want to see the NEW LOWs below 50 and the NEW HIGHs above 100. To get really bullish and to say that a firm bottom is in I want the NEW HIGHs to be near 200 and stay their and move up to the 300-400 range. Thats still a long way from here. seeya
