John, If the rollout followed this progression, we'd be at cash b/e by 12/00 or 1/01, and at a sub net add rate of 50K per month and growing. I think the stock price in that situation should be between 50 and 100. The problem the market has right now is it's not convinced whether the slow handset delivery is lack of demand or just 1-2 month delay in getting the production lines up. I believe mgmt when it suggests the latter. I also believe they'll be able to ramp up phone mnfctr rates faster than your table suggests. FWIW, I'm using the following ramp up in user terminals in estimating coming quarters' financials: 4Q99, 10K 1Q00, 40K 2Q00, 160K 3Q00, 370K 4Q00, 660K 1Q01, 960K 2Q02, 1260K
