That is exactly the question that I'm wrestling with.

As I'm sure you know, in financial services, especially in retail, people are reluctant to switch service providers (ie, banks). So there has to be a compelling reason for someone to switch banks. (Personal Commentary: 1/4 point on CDs is not compelling). I'm not sure I see a compelling reason to switch to USAB. Net banks seem to be sprouting like mushrooms and they're hard to differentiate.

So, as a medium or long term play, right now, I don't see USAB as a strong play. Financials relative to their peers make this a tempting buy and I will continue to lurk and look for more event-based plays.
