Rocky -

Thanks for the laugh and the congratulations.

Yes, networking is the future, but my company uses a lot of Iomega products internally. Zip and Jaz drives are extremely useful to consultants who travel from client to client a lot.

Most of us aren't in the office often, and when we are, we're given Jaz 2GB disks to back up our notebooks. We back them up to a Jaz drive installed in a server.

Much faster than any kind of tape, and it doesn't force us to keep getting ever larger storage systems on the server.

Sorry, Rocky, I'm just telling it like it is.

Just so I make myself clear, though, to everyone else, my statements here do not indicate that I am currently bullish on IOM as a stock, or on Iomega as a company. I find their products very useful, and so do my colleagues, but the company still has a long way to go to turn itself around.

- Allen
